Number of Candidates Needed: Looking for multiple candidates in a variety of practice areas, as long as they are litigators. HIGHLY PREFER A BOOK OF BUSINESS Background Requirements:
• 3-4 years of Litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio – Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus.
• Book of business PREFERABLE
• Minimum of 1500 billable hours
• Ability to handle high stress situations effectively.
• Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• No micromanagement. Attorneys are expected to run their portfolios like their own business. Support staff is provided, but attorneys are expected to review and sign off. (Must be a practitioner)

• Compensation: Based off qualifications, and size of book. (Determined on a case by case basis)
